Spanning in-house and agency roles, his expertise lies in market mapping and sophisticated passive candidate engagement. Before relocating to India, Gaurav was based in Singapore, where he specialised in recruiting senior HR professionals across South East Asia for the Commerce and Heavy Industries sectors.
